Insufficient wallet balance

It may happen that you have a balance in your wallet, but it is insufficient to book a service or purchase an e-ticket. You can then immediately top up your wallet to the required balance. Instead of “Confirm selected,” the app will display “Top up.”
Because the current balance is insufficient, you can top up the remaining amount for the service or e-ticket. Please note! This does not purchase the ticket; after topping up, you will need to rebook the ticket.
